Roscosmos launches.

Roscosmos is Russia's state space agency. Operates the Soyuz family (R-7 derivatives, the most-flown rocket family in history), Proton (heavy-lift, being phased out), and the newer Angara. Launches from Baikonur (leased from Kazakhstan), Plesetsk (military), and Vostochny (in the Far East). LaunchDetect tracks via JMA Himawari-9 (Vostochny) and GOES-East geometry (Baikonur and Plesetsk through long-range coverage).

Every Roscosmos launch is independently confirmed by LaunchDetect from NOAA GOES or JMA Himawari geostationary thermal infrared imagery within 30 to 90 seconds of ignition. Independent of any operator press release or broadcast.
